Have your friend tried Dr. Li in NY? My child is under treatment now for both eczema and food plus environmental allergies. She also treats asthma.

Allergy means a flawed immunity system, not a weak one. My child rarely gets sick, but he is itchy all the time and I lost lots of sleep since he was born. Hope this helps.
