其實這裏討論的先天性酶缺失的病基本上都是replacement治療。

Lactose Intolerance，半乳糖血症（Galactosaemia）或是溶酶體storage diseases 都是replacement治療。 或是enzymereplacement， 或是bone marrow transplant（hematopoietic stem cell transplant）
induction或epigenetics好像都不行。
