病人有胃庝及胃潰瘍的症狀,醫生讓做上腹的b超.現在檢查結果是這樣的.
The liver measures10.3cm. There is an indeterminate echogenic region of the caudate lobe or possibly from the left lobe. This is not associated with increases vascularity. The remainder of the liver is un remarkable.
gallblader, bile duck, pancreas, spleen, both kidneys and aorta are are un remarkable. Nonascite.
conclusion:
indeterminate echologetic focus near the caudate lobe
Follow up with ct is recommended for further evaluation.

病人女性41歲.近二年裏隻是偶爾胃痛.最近才開始吃處方葯治療胃潰瘍.在做B超的同時也做了一血液檢查, 有輕度貧血,103(這個項目正常值的下限是120）.
