my breast cancer surgery report

My surgery pathlogy report is the following:

T2 N0 Mx

-28 mm Grade 3 infiltrating ductal carcinoma
-lymphovascular space invasion
-deep margin< 1mm, superficial margin 2.5mm
-superior margin 8mm
-ER Positive, PR positive
-HER2 Negative
- No Tumour within inferomedial cavity shave
- 0/4 sentintel lymph node contain metastatis carcinoma
- 0/3 lymph nodes from 'Axillary Tissue' conain metastatic carcinoma

I think I should have the Hormond therapy, but my grade is very hight ( grade 3),  would appreciate your advice, should I take chemo therapy
