findings: there is a 3mm nodule on the lateral limb of the right adrenal gland with a mean density of -25 Hounsfield units on the non-contrast study consistent with a lipid rich adrenal adenoma.

the left adrenal gland is bulky in appearance and demonstrates a nodule on the lateral limb as well as at the interior aspect of the body of the left adrenal gland with both nodules measuring app. 4~5 mm in diameter and both demonstrating >60% washout consistent with adrenal adenomas.

the liver demonstrates multiple low attenuation foci, some of which demonstrate tendency towards filling in on the delayed phase sequence likely reflecting slow filling haemangiomas.

kidney has a nomal appearrance with note made of a 2mm non-obstructing calculus at the lower pole of the right kidney
