請問有誰懂B超，能幫我看下嗎？

in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast there is an ill-defined hypoechoic lesion with suggestion of  some shadowing at its edges 3 cm from the nipple measuring 8x8x7mm,it does not have the appearance of a fibroadenoma or cyst.

邊緣不清和有陰影是不是代表不好的東西啊，醫生建議我做mammographic 再決定不把要活檢，擔心死了，誰能幫我看下，謝謝了。
