膽囊沙礫狀結石查出有7,8年了,

當時有被醫生建議做微創。因為害怕手術並平時並沒有疼痛就沒有做。近一年來經常胃疼，基本兩周就來一回.B超後醫生說估計是膽結石引起。又讓做手術。我胃疼都是在左邊，裏麵鳴叫，然後放多屁。這種會否隻是消化道問題，並非膽結石引起呢?
 

現醫院來信讓下周做膽囊切除手術，並說multi days admit， 我應該不應該去做這個手術呢?
 

 

今年B超結果是這樣寫的: the gallbladder is adequately distended with normal wall thickness. multiple small mobile gallbladder calculi are seen measuring about 3 mm in size. no pericholecystic fluid seen, but mild tenderness is elicited.
 

conclusion: Cholelithiasis without features of acute or chronic cholecystitis.
