What is your plan and how did you set up your loss target?

I lost 55 lbs by shifting all my eating to the first 1/2 of the day, and engage in running as the main form of exercise.  Within a year, I just nished a 1/2 marathon with a decent time for my age group. 

You can's starve yourself to lose weight.  Eat small meals 6 times a day.  Eat high fiber food - i.e. no more white rice.
