胃癌 難道沒有症狀嗎？

昨天看到一個mm 的老工的了 胃癌， 20天就偶去是了, 太震驚了。難道沒有症狀嗎?

Someone at my work also passed away last week, 10 days after found out lung cancer. I don't understand why there's no symtom or anything. Life is so fragile.
