rigit hemicolectomy

colonic adenocarcinoma, moderately well differentiated(low grade), 3.2CM size, with invasion completely through muscularis and into subserosal adipose tissue

shaved radial margin positive for invasive carcinoma

negative proximal and distal margins of resection

8/35 mesenteric lymph nodes positive for metastatic adenocarcinoma

benign vermiform appendix

separately submitted benign colonic and small bowel tissue

術後恢複很好, 請問哪種藥物更合適, 是口服還是IV..
