samilar thing happened to me before. I felt very puzzled that I was exhausted every time after I had visited my 'friend'that time, who was a yoga coach. later, when I told my strange experience to my another friend, who also knows yoga in depths, (s)he explained and gave me a term in yoga for it which i forgot... since then, I no longer bevieve only 唯物主義 though I have scientific and engineering backgrounds.
