昨天看到說Triglyceride to HDL ratio也是很好的參考指標~~~搜了一下,具體算法見內:

A triglyceride to HDL ratio is a calculation that can help determine your risk of heart disease and other health conditions:
Calculation
Divide your triglyceride level by your HDL level. For example, if your triglyceride level is 200 and your HDL is 55, your ratio is 3.6.
Interpretation
A lower ratio is generally better. A ratio of 2.0 or less is considered ideal, while a ratio of 4.0 to 6.0 is considered good. A ratio of 2 or higher is associated with a higher risk of heart disease and metabolic syndrome.
What it indicates
A low ratio can indicate good insulin sensitivity and a lower risk of developing diabetes and metabolic syndrome. It can also mean that you have a less harmful type of LDL cholesterol, which can reduce your risk of coronary heart disease. A high ratio can indicate insulin resistance, meaning that too much glucose is remaining in your blood.
The triglyceride to HDL ratio is a strong indicator of lifestyle factors and can help determine if your metabolism protects against heart problems.

刷紅的地方貌似打錯了?

按這個算法,我目前的指標是1.58,所以不再糾結LDL偏高的事了,把關注點轉移到甘油三酯:)
