請大家幫忙看看這種骨折需要石膏或夾板固定或複位嗎？

3月20日在冰麵上滑倒，導致左腿腓骨近端和遠端兩處骨折。前兩張是腓骨遠端的骨裂. 後三張是腓骨近端膝蓋下三寸左右的骨折。去了急診，醫生說不用手術。但是當時的急診醫生隻給腳踝照了X-Ray，說有規定，他們急診醫生沒有權限照腿部，當時一再跟他說腿部那兒很疼。但是他們說腿部最晚一周左右會有骨科醫生給你打電話。所以後三張照片是3月26號骨科醫生給照的。同樣骨科醫生也沒有說要固定或打石膏也說不用手術。兩次的報告如下：

CLINICAL INFORMATION: Fall.

FINDINGS: There is no prior study for comparison.

There is a nondisplaced obliquely oriented fracture through the distal fibula, just below the level of the tibiotalar joint.

Tibiotalar joint spacing is normal. Mineralization and joint spacing are maintained.

There is moderate soft tissue swelling over the lateral malleolus.

INDICATION: "proximal fibular pain r/o fracture"
COMPARISON: March 20, 2024 ankle radiographs

Findings: There is a nondisplaced oblique fracture of the proximal fibular diaphysis.

Dedicated stress views of the left ankle redemonstrate the nondisplaced distal fibular fracture. There is no further displacement on stress views and the ankle mortise remains congruent.
