看到有個review說，there is no medical value in K-2 from MK-4. The recommended combination is D-3 & K-2 from Mk-7.

 

“I acidentally ordered this vitamin d-3 & K-2 from Mk-4. I usually order K-2 from MK-7. I looked up in PUB MED if it was ok to take this. The information states there is no medical value in K-2 from MK-4. The recommended combination is D-3 & K-2 from Mk-7.”
