"contour-deforming masses, or hydronephrosis"是啥意思？為什麽最後的Impression又說Normal renal ultrasound? 接下來還要做什麽進一步的檢查嗎？

CLINICAL HISTORY: Microscopic hematuria, back pain on the right side.

 

COMPARISON: None.

 

TECHNIQUE: Real-time scanning was performed with static images obtained.

 

FINDINGS:

Right Kidney: 9.4 x 4.7 x 4.3 cm. The resistive index measures 0.73-0.78. Normal echotexture with no stones, contour-deforming masses, or hydronephrosis.

 

Left Kidney: 9.3 x 4.2 x 4.2 cm. The resistive index measures 0.72-0.77. Normal echotexture with no stones, contour-deforming masses, or hydronephrosis. 7 mm cyst within the mid kidney.

 

Bladder: Bilateral jets seen. The prevoid bladder volume was 273 cc. The postvoid bladder volume was 25 cc.

 

Other: None.

 

IMPRESSION:

Normal renal ultrasound.
