鐵含量超標

我昨天去體檢，因為最近月經量比較大，周期長。醫生就給我測了CBC, Iron and Iron binding capacit 還有Ferritin。結果 RBC低於標準，Iron卻超標。我是下午兩點抽的血，前一天晚上吃了一顆65mg的iron supplement，不知道是不是這個造成鐵超標。貧血的話鐵又超標感覺有點矛盾，Ferritin好像也正常。大家幫我看看，我的醫生還沒聯係我。
