後來想起中學化學酸堿中和,上網查pH比3-4高的蔬菜?發現芹菜,羽衣甘藍,胡蘿卜都在5.5-6之間.買了羽衣甘藍,胡蘿卜粉嚐試效果挺好.胡蘿卜粉不能多吃,每天一調羹沒問題,吃多皮膚可能會黃.

不會發酵,粉比汁下去慢點,等於一路降低些食管pH.
