Final diagnosis:

A. ascending polyp,(2cm)

   Tubulovillous adenoma with focal high grade dyplasia. The adenoma is present at the resection margin.

B, sigmoid polyp,(0.5cm)

   hyperplastic polyp

請問除了觀察還能做什麽？現在沒有任何不適和其它症狀。謝謝！
