新冠發熱

男， 50+， 無慢性病， 瘦。 10/24 乏力發熱。 10/25 家測陽性。主症發熱 （前7天99-100）。有咳嗽。  10/31 到 101. 咳嗽很輕。無其他症。 血氧98  因發熱8天並發熱更高（101）， 11/1 去 了 urgentcare。 Xray :

FINDINGS:
The cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable. Opacity in the right mid/lower lung.
No pulmonary vascular congestion, pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The bones
are intact.

大夫 認為 pnuemonia and did cefTRIAXone (Rocephin) injection 2 g at 4 pm.

2 prescription antibiotics:

amoxicillin-clavulanate (Augmentin) 

azithromycin (Zithromax) (5 days only supply)

11/1 晚6 點發熱到101.6.  11/2 晚6點發熱到100.6.  告知大夫後，要我速見PCP （已scheduled 11/7）。

antibiotics 似乎不工作。 問題是： 我是新冠導致的肺炎嗎？會是啥問題？
