CT CHEST W IV CONTRAST 結果

前幾天做了胸透, 說有一厘米的肺節結. 醫生讓做了CT. 昨天的結果出來了, 應該什麽也沒有發現. 請這裏的醫生幫忙看一下, 是不是虛驚一場? 謝謝!

Narrative

CHEST CT WITH INTRAVENOUS CONTRAST:

HISTORY: Abnormal x-ray - lung nodule, >= 1 cm
TECHNIQUE: Multiple axial CT images of the chest after the administration of 75 mL cc IOPAMIDOL 76 % IV SOLN intravenous contrast. Two sets of coronal reformations, including MIP images, were performed from the axial data. CT dose reduction techniques utilized.

COMPARISON: Chest x-ray July 28, 2022.
FINDINGS:
Lungs are clear.
No pleural or pericardial effusion. No intrathoracic or axillary adenopathy.
Patent central airways.

 

Heart is normal in size. No coronary calcification. Normal thoracic aorta.
Upper abdomen unremarkable. No acute osseous abnormality.

另外,做了CT, 還有必要做 Mammogram嗎?
