今天看了個視頻， 說Brown　Rice會損害肝髒，因為含arsenate，　砷酸鹽。　因為種植Brown　Rice的土壤曾經種植棉花，　使用殺蟲劑含砷酸鹽。　

俺吃Brown　Rice超過１０年了，　因為磚家說Brown　Rice健康。
