4.7 mm endometrial thickness
A small fibroid is noted in the lower uterine segment measuring 0.9 x 0.5 x 0.9 cm; it previously measured 0.8 x 0.8 x 0.8 cm. It abuts but does not deform the endometrial stripe. A left-sided subserosal posterior fibroid is noted measuring 0.9 x 1.1 x 1.1 cm, unchanged.

RT OVARY:
Size: 2.5 x 1.9 x 1.7 cm
A hypoechoic lesion with severe posterior shadowing is again noted adjacent to the right ovary measuring 1.7 x 1.8 x 1.4 cm. It previously measured 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.9 cm.

CUL-DE-SAC:
No free fluid

 

現在的concern 是 右邊的 RT OVARY:
Size: 2.5 x 1.9 x 1.7 cm
A hypoechoic lesion with severe posterior shadowing is again noted adjacent to the right ovary measuring 1.7 x 1.8 x 1.4 cm. （2/19/2022）

It previously measured 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.9 cm. （10/19/2020）

請大俠看看我上麵的ultra sound 的對比，15個月從1.2-1.2-0.9 到現在的 2.5-1.9-1.7 是不是長得很快，癌變的可能性多大？醫生今天個我打電話，給我約了MRI，我怎麽心裏有點毛毛的

另外我的血檢報告，abs basophils 和 abs Monos 都高過正常值，這兩個中文怎麽翻譯？是個什麽指標？我這個水平意味著什麽？我約了醫生兩個星期後見麵，但事先想有個心裏準備。
