有人做過LoB(Leistungsorientierte Bezahlung)嗎?救命~~

第一次遇到LoB interview，為了這點浮動工資，居然有Annex1--Annex9這些關在等著我一一pass，I feel being annexed by the preparation of the interview.
Does anyone have any experiences about this? heeeeeeeelp!!!!!!!!!_:'(
