I took out value area high and value are low lines

The concept is actually very simple:

Point of Control = The price point where stock has the highest trading volume, over the specified period of time

Value area = The price area where 70% of trading volume take place, over the specified period of time

Value area High == Highest point of the value area

Value are Low === lowest point of the value area.

That is it.
