I dont think there is "any" panic here

This is normal correction of stock market. Every year, you would see something like this.

A panic market would be something like 2000, 2008, 2018, 2020, 2022. 

Will we get there in 2024? No one has crystal ball to tell you about the future. But right now we are definitely not there
