新手求問：driveway cracking

a cosmetic driveway cracking found duering insepction.

In one or more areas of the concrete, expansion joints were missing between components of concrete.

This is a new house. it is hard to fix it. I have signed contract. what should I do?

Could I ask for credit to reduce the closing cost? How much would it be?
