請教如何回答租客的要求？

一對白男印女家，有一個一歲的女兒，住了兩年。 前天發了漲租通知，這是他們的回複：Our daughter will be running around soon and we want to have a safe
backyard for her to play in.
The back fence looks unsafe. I remember you mentioning you wanted to replace it. Can you please let us know when you will replace it?
The backyard has a lot of gopher holes/dirt piles and exposed hazards. Bits of glass, screws, nails, large stones, etc. are mixed in with the dirt and come to the surface when the gophers dig tunnels.
Can you please level the yard and put down a barrier with mulch on
top? This should remove and prevent future hazards.
We are open to discussing other solutions as well, but want to agree
on a plan to make the backyard a safer space.

Could you let us know your thoughts on these matters?

我計劃換新的fence, 但是後麵的yard 不是住居區， 不想按他們要求的大修。北加的gohers是一個無解的問題，我自家的gopher 也搞不定。請各位新地給主意。 多謝。
