如何decline application

昨天發了帖子，得到大家的意見，非常感謝。帖子沉了，所以另起。抱歉占用頁麵。

今天那個低信用分+不穩定收入的發message check in. 解釋說為什麽低。

雖然同情，但準備decline， 請問一定要注明原因嗎？以下是網上copy來的, 能用嗎？

"...We regret to inform you that your rental application has been denied due to low credit score..."
