假設你買了個銀行拍賣房(with special warranty deed), 你維修好以後,以正常房價賣出,給buyer正常的warranty deed.

假設這之後某年突然產生title糾紛,buyer再回來找你,這時你原來的tital insurance 已經在房子過戶之後失效了吧?
