有人詢問租我的房子，他要出資改造為短租房，能答應嗎？

我的第一個出租房終於掛到網上招租了。 在一些詢問的人當中，一個人說要租下然後出資裝修為短租房或者公司租房（原話是： We will furnish the property at our own expense and use it for short term or corporate rentals). 能同意此人這樣幹嗎？ 利弊如何？
