Old cartridge plumber took out 2 years ago. he left a new

one too. Inner hex in the extender is used to adjust water volume. 

The outer hex at bottom of cartridge (almost the same size as the holder inner diameter) is to turn/install the cartridge and I am looking for a tool to do that.
