白人房客非說attic裏晚上有老鼠scrach的聲音。 房子不舊，狀況挺好的。是detached garage。

搬進來就馬上讓trim幾顆樹， 確實有顆樹枝有點折了，在房頂上，我們給他reimburse了錢。

後來說晚上能聽到老鼠聲音，在前麵房簷下找到了一個洞，我們給他補了。

結果還說有老鼠的聲音，說要我們找general contator修鏈接garage和house的連廊。 今天又說讓我們找pest control 找出老鼠進入的洞。 

這個房客事情太多了，應該怎麽跟他說讓他自己找pest control，自己修呢？ 前房客從來沒有抱怨過anything。

Good afternoon, I wanted to see when you can have the dryer vent replaced on our rental? Even after sealing the holes we are still hearing things scratch and move around in the attic

 

I also just had the exterminator take a look again and he said he suspects they are getting in through the breezeway between the garage and the house.

 

He said it can be difficult since there are alot of wires that go in between. Said a contractor is the best bet

 

I believe the rats are multiplying and seem to be getting worse. I would suggest hiring Terminix to come out. They have rodent specialists and claim to seal entry points. This has gotten out of hand and my family is losing sleep over the constant scratching in the ceiling
