房子一側下雨會積水幾天，要找人修嗎，請看圖

請看下麵的圖。房客說院子一側下完雨會積水幾天，他怕長久對房子的foundation有影響，所以跟我說一下。這是什麽問題，要找人看嗎。房客沒要求修，他說他隻是怕long term 有影響對我的房子不好，覺得有義務告訴我。院子裏有遊泳池，跟遊泳池會有關係嗎。謝謝。
