Eviction question

The tenant was caught using drugs, now in hospital and has police report. I intended to hire an attorney to evict because of drug use and cause damage to the rental property, but when i checked the lease, I don't have eviction items on the lease, however, it is mentioned the tenant can't violate town's/state regulations, etc. Can this be used as an eviction item or how did you all phrase your eviction item on the lease?
