Applicant's credit score question

Have a potential tenant, but I have a few concerns as below:

1) his credit score is different from different source, it is 751, 595, and 624, not sure whether the credit is reliable. Their reason is because he doesn't have much lines of credit, so when he applied for rent, his credit score was affected.

2) he works as area manager for Xfinity, he has base pay of $2000, then he said he can get full pay of $6500 every month regardless, not sure whehter that's reliable.

 

3) a single person, 34 years old plan to rent our place of three bedroom (monthly rent $1500).

Any suggestions?
