Stay alert to protect your account from scams

Hello, Recently, we’ve been made aware of scams targeting rental listings, including attempts to impersonate Zillow to access user accounts. While we take security seriously, following these best practices and staying alert will help further protect your account from potential fraudulent activity.

Never enter your login credentials or sensitive information outside Zillow’s app or website. Verify the URL is correct when signing in to Zillow Rental Manager in a web browser. Be wary of unexpected communications asking for your login credentials or other personal information, and always verify the sender's identity first. We’ll only contact you through official Zillow channels and addresses. Never share verification codes — we’ll never ask for verification codes outside the Zillow website, and we’ll never ask for a Google Voice verification code. If you mistakenly gave someone a Google Voice verification code, follow Google’s instructions to reclaim your number.
