Seems to be true

I've been with this company (and agency) for over 20 years, with multiple vehicles and multiple properties insured with them. Yet their premium is way higher than reasonable. when I went into their office yesterday to question why the smaller house (2 years older, with fewer bedrooms and bathrooms, few garage space) has a higher premium than the bigger one on the same street, they said they couldn't figure out why.
