do you have a hole in ground already

if you do have a hole and existing electrically powered pump, you probably can get it connected for less than 1/2 hour.  A water pressure powered back up pump can be brought for 200 something, and you need a few pipe couplings, say 20 dollars.

if not, that's another matter.
