is this in closet?

One of mine has motor for venting on top of water heater. 

Can you reuse yours if it is similar setup? 

I checked low AO Smith 50 gallon water heaters from Lowes. $600 difference w or wo power vent. 

You can ask Lowes or home depot to install. ($400-500? for one w/o power vent).
