Heat Pump verse HAVC, 牌子和價位合適嗎？

實在太忙，隻有一個quote；求建議。

Dallas rental home 5bed/3 bath; 2 story；2600 Sq Ft； built in 2003. No gas，so may have to stick with Heat Pump; otherwise the electricity bill will be too high for Tenant. 

目前是原始的Heatpump；製熱有問題，準備換。
