不能結束租約。

結束租約的幾個前提

1. 家人獲得精神病人的監護權，可以代替精神病人簽字結束租約。這個是要法院文件的。是要有一段時間的。

2. violation of lease for safety/dangerous behavior, need to issue 30 days to cure, then eviction. 

3. roommate has to apply restraining order.  但是似乎好像roommate也沒有說他人身收到威脅。
