I have some answers. We would require an inspection. I have an inspector in the office here that could get to it pretty quickly. As far as a lease is concerned, we would not require one. A written agreement that just states that the current agreement for their current address is in full effect at this new address for no longer than 90- days. It also should state that there will be no additional costs to the tenant. And everything as far as hap payments and tenant portion would just remain the same.
If that works for you and they are going to proceed with the move let me know and I can find out the inspectors availability.
