8老師您好，我之前的工作申請EB2, perm. I140 已經獲得批準了。180天後，我又換了一個新工作。

現在新單位同意給我辦 EB2 和perm. 請問我之前獲得的priority date 可以 relink 嗎？

如果可以relink 到現在的EB2, 是在申請perm 填寫 ETA Form 9089 的時候relink 還是 在新perm 批準後，提交 I140 的時候relink 呢？
-When your employer/lawyer files a new I-140, just request the I-140 priority date recapture in a letter from the previous approved I-140, and provide the copy of the old I-140 approval notice. After your new I-140 is approved, the new I-140 priority date should be the old one. If no, ask USCIS to fix it.
