您好8老師！我是EB1C，140已批，2017年10月遞交I485，2018年3月26日收到interview cancelled的E-Mail(之前沒有收到過麵試schedule之類的update)。我的問題是：目前EB1C倒退到2012年，那麽，是否意味著我也要等到新的財政年度，開放新名額後才能繼續審理我的案子？
