惡霸的貓膩太大了

買了兩個寶石戒指在ebay, It is much smaller weight than seller declared. So contact ebay and seller got returned. I leave a negative feedback but ebay took it away after one hour.  I leave another negative for another item two days later, Then it is take away after half hour.


I know this seller is a power seller. I don't want too many poeple get cheated. But how can I complain this. I have appraisal report that I made in local store. Do you know phone nubmer or any other method to contact ebay?
