How to collect payment through paypal

I have paypal pro account.Customer pays credit card payment when checking out online store.

My question is: I have an item which is not listed. Customer is willing to give me the credit card information that I could charge. What is the procedure to charge the credit card? Or i have to email him using my paypal email address to charge? what are the steps?
