Babysitting and tutoring is not required any license, however, in some states, there are number limits for the kids you can baby-sit( it is obvious if you have 50 kids in your home is not a normal babysitting , it is business! and your neighbor will not let you get pass on that , haha! ), so check out the state law, otherwise, if you just have few kids around , so have fun, but if you want to avoid any liability risk, get a LLC, and have parents sign liability release form.
