drip under the sink -小房東的煩惱

a very small drip under the sink that seems to be coming from the drain pipe. It is causing some small puddles to form which I have been wiping up.

請問各位這個問題怎麽解決？ 是否有什麽東西或膠可以粘上？ 多謝大家！
