Does anybody use U-pic to insure ebay item?

Recently I got 4 international buyers saying they have not received the item shipped first class. All item is valued under $50. If I insist priority mail then there is no sale. I am thinking using U-pic to insure the first class mail. Is it easy to use? Thanks!
