Gas Station is like any other business, if you buy a good one and manage well, it is easy money. I just bought one and happy with it. But before I buy this one, I spend almost a year and look at more that 30 Gas Stations. I knew some guys owns 3, 4 stations, and make very comfortable life. But don't jump in too quick if you know nothing about this business, you will get burned possibly. learn this business before you buy one , and the best way is that talk to the Gas Station owners. It is very difficult to explain every thing to someone who knows nothing about this business. More comfidence you have, more successful you will be
